About Ogden Arizona

In 2003, Ogden expanded to Arizona to join forces with a local community management company. Combining the two philosophies and business strategies proved to be a successful combination when opening the Ogden West office. The Arizona office has worked with many of the Valley’s best builders and homeowner-controlled communities providing consulting, accounting, and full management services. Our portfolio includes communities in the Phoenix metropolitan area, Sedona, and Prescott. The Arizona office has also expanded to include residential sales and commercial management.

Our Arizona Division is a proud member of AACM, CAI, and IREM with Lori T. Percival, Ogden’s President, also currently holding an AACM board position. In addition, Ogden is involved with CAI and holds the very prestigious Accredited Management Organization (AMO) certification. We are in exceptional standing with the Better Business Bureau and belong to the Mesa Chamber of Commerce. We are also involved with many other city leadership groups. Our staff members teach Homeowner Association classes at the Department of Real Estate and at AACM. Ogden also offers FREE classes to all our board members, including How to Run Effective Meetings, Conflict Resolution, and Duties and Responsibilities of Board Members.
