Ogden Property Services offers a Home Watch Service for our part-time residents. Our thorough weekly or monthly home checks give peace of mind while you are away. Our professional techs will inspect your home for water leaks, storm damage, and any out of the ordinary issues that arise while you are gone. In addition, toilets will be flushed, lights will be checked, and an overall inspection will be done of the property inside and out. Working hand in hand with our maintenance division, minor repairs can be completed quickly and efficiently with minimal cost. Should a larger repair be required, we will work with you to coordinate the contractors to complete the job.
