Khristine Nagel

Khris Nagel is originally from Michigan and has been an Arizona resident since 1983. She graduated from NAU with a BFA in 1997. She started up and grew her own small business from 2000 – 2022. Khris entered the real estate field as a licensed Realtor in 2021. In 2022, she made the switch to residential rental management as a maintenance coordinator. In that role she managed 500 single family homes in the Phoenix metro area, coordinating everything from minor repairs to full scale renovations, and every emergency in between. Khris joined Ogden as a Community Manager in 2022. She enjoys helping people and the variety of challenges community management presents.

In addition to spending time with her husband and rescue dog, Charlie, Khris enjoys learning new things. In addition to real estate she has studied, cosmetology, economics, yoga, mathematics, sewing, data analysis, art, agriculture, world religions, web design, IT and accounting to name a few areas of interest. Khris also takes advantage of all the ongoing education provided by Ogden and enjoys learning about HOA law, fair housing, and HOA Management best practices.
