Rich Orcutt

Rich is a graduate of Arizona State University (1983) with a Bachler of Science, majoring in Computer Information Systems, and a minor in Real Estate Management.

His previous experience includes, property management, sales agent and Community Development with home builders. In 1987 he was hired as the Regional Manager for a California management company specializing in Commercial Property Management. In 1989 he eventually bought out the Arizona office and began his own Company. The company specialized in Community Association, in 1992 his company bought a landscape contractor and started a construction division. In 2006 he eventually sold the management company and retained the construction business. The main business was commercial based. In May 2019, he sold the business and in August 2019 joined Ogden & Company as a Community Manager and the Designated Broker.

In his spare time, traveling, golfing and motorcycles keeps him and his wife busy along with their 4 grandchildren.
