Veronica has been working with Ogden and Company as an Administrative Assistant since August, 2013. Veronica has CAASP (Certified Arizona Association Support Personnel) Certification that she has held for 6 years.
She has 15 years of experience in the Customer Service industry with specialties in: Quality Assurance, Case Management, and Administrative Responsibilities. Veronica is also fluent in Spanish, making her a Bilingual Asset to the company.
In her spare time, Veronica enjoys writing, gardening, and being politically outspoken.
